The project planner and enquiry form run in your browser. This website does not send form entries to a Pines server or database. You can prepare a brief, copy it or download it on your device. The website does not upload artwork or other files.

When you open WhatsApp

If you choose “Open WhatsApp,” the prepared brief and the details you entered are included in the WhatsApp link. WhatsApp receives that link so it can open a chat with the representative you selected. Pines receives your enquiry only after you press Send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp handles information under its own Privacy Policy.

If you want to share artwork, attach it in WhatsApp after the chat opens. Do not include information in a brief unless you are comfortable including it in that link.

Email contact

Choosing a published contact email opens your device’s default email app with the Pines address prefilled. The website does not send the message. Your email provider applies its own privacy terms to anything you write and send.

Hosting and external services

This website is currently hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may process technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site. See the GitHub General Privacy Statement.

The website serves its fonts (DM Sans and Zilla Slab) from its own hosting, so your browser does not request font files from Google. No analytics or advertising tools are configured on this website.

Questions about an enquiry

After you send a WhatsApp enquiry, Pines handles it through its business messaging process. Contact Pines to ask how your enquiry is used or retained. The website does not specify a retention period for messages sent to Pines.
